A coordinated permit package
Depending on scope, a commercial plan set may include cover information, site and array plans, equipment layouts, electrical single-line or three-line diagrams, stringing, conductor and conduit schedules, overcurrent protection, disconnecting means, voltage-drop information, grounding, required labels, construction details, specification sheets, and project-specific notes.
Commercial work often involves information from several parties. Gemini coordinates the drawings around the supplied architectural, civil, structural, electrical, equipment, and utility information, while identifying missing or conflicting inputs before they create avoidable redesign.

Information to provide
Send the site address, utility, AHJ, proposed system size, service voltage and available electrical information, equipment list, array layout or usable-area information, one-line or existing facility drawings, structural or civil documents if available, feeder-routing assumptions, and any utility or jurisdiction comments already received.
Gemini reviews the material, identifies missing inputs, and confirms the design scope and pricing before work begins. If the project is still preliminary, describe the design goal and available documents so the next required information can be established.
Engineering and interconnection coordination
Commercial projects commonly require electrical or structural engineering review, calculations, or stamps. Gemini can secure and coordinate those services through appropriately registered professional engineers. Utility interconnection documentation, AHJ corrections, equipment revisions, and related electrical-design support can also be included when defined in the project scope.
